Bhakra Pharmaceuticals has an annual filling capacity of 12–14 crore hard gelatin capsules. The production process includes raw material dispensing, sifting, milling, blending, capsule filling and polishing, followed by visual inspection and packing. Quality-control sampling is incorporated at defined stages, with a combined annual packing capacity of 80 crore tablets and capsules across the facility.
